Prep
We offer classes at every level beginning with Prep. We
recommend that anyone in the beginning stages of practice start with this level.
Levels 1-3
Every level is designed to prepare you for the next one. We encourage you to
find the level that is most suitable for you. Level 3 is a complete Primary Series
class.
Mysore
These classes create the perfect environment for developing a personal practice.
Students will be encouraged to practice with greater awareness while receiving
individual instruction in a group session. Students should at least be at a 1
level.
Restorative
Restorative yoga supports the practitioner with props in various poses, facilitating
a deep release of stress, and a calming and quieting of the mind.
Ujjayi Pulse (ooo-j-eye-ee pulse)
This class combines the practice of vinyasa yoga with a steady rhythmic flow.
The live drum sound provides the practitioner with a method to align breath,
bandhas and movement in a continuous flowing practice. Students should be familiar
with the Primary Series.
Teen Yoga
This yoga class for teens is instructed by a teen graduate from our teacher training
program. $5
Yoga for Runners
This class targets muscles and joints most affected by repetitive use. Appropriate
for runners, endurance athletes, or those who feel particularly challenged in
their hips and hamstrings.
