Canada Day Schedule
On Wednesday, July 1st we will be running all of our regulary scheduled classes.

Downward Dog 12th Anniversary!
Ron Reid and Diane Bruni will be teaching a Free Sunset Yoga class on Saturday, July 11th from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at KEW Gardens in the Beach. We will have a live drummer for the class and Livia Berius will be teaching yoga to kids. To get there walk to the end of Lee Avenue, south of Queen St. East, we will be under the pavilion. Please bring a mat and blanket. We hope to see you there rain or shine!
