Amanda De Gasperis was initially captivated by the spiritual principles of Yoga. Its philosophy began to illuminate her life; the study of Yoga literature and teachings created the foundation of her practice today and guides her towards a life of self-realization. With the intention of deepening her spiritual growth she gravitated to Toronto’s Downward Dog community, where she continues to study with the studio’s incredible senior teachers. Fascinated by the relationship along the mind-body continuum, she is focused on Yoga’s healing qualities always practicing and teaching from a place of integrity. Amanda’s journey continues each day, as she is eternally dedicated to discovering the magic of Yoga.
