Teacher Training in Oakville?

Yup that's right! Downward Dog is proud to be joining forces this coming winter with Sun Yoga in Oakville, Ontario. Join us for weekday morning Mysore (Self-Practice) classes in the beach and learn the traditional Ashtanga sequences with David Gellineau. Our doors will still open during the week at 6:30am with guidence Monday to Thursday Mysore from 7:00am to 9:00am. Friday mornings David leads a traditional style lead Primary Series class beginning at 7:00am where you can experience full series, with proper breath counts. We hope to see you there!

Bhakti Fest is a four day music festival September 9th to 12th 2010, in Joshua Tree, CA, celebrating devotion through chanting, yoga, meditation and community.
