Downward Dog Yoga Centre – Beaches Location

Our Beaches location is perfectly situated to accommodate those who prefer lakeside living to the bustle of downtown.   Also on the 501 streetcar route, Downward Dog in the Beach can be found east of Woodbine near Kew Gardens park, steps away from the boardwalk along Lake Ontario.  Look up for the large windows and wooden sign above the Running Room, on the south side of the street.  Parking is available on side streets as well as on Queen.  Up two flights of stairs is a serene practice space with private change rooms and a shared washroom.  Best of all, our Beach location has partnered with Bizzy Bee playcentre, where you can drop off your little ones for 2 free hours of childcare while you take class!
